Rod F. Dammeyer has been on Stericycle’s Board of Directors since 1998. He currently serves as Chairman of Stericycle’s Audit Committee and is a member of the Nominating and Governance Committee.

In addition to his involvement with Stericycle, Dammeyer is the President of CAC, a capital investment and management consulting company. He is also a director for Quidel, and a trustee for Van Kampen Investments.

In addition to the blood money Dammeyer receives from being on Stericycle’s board of directors, he also is one of the top ten individual shareholders (and beneficiaries) of Stericycle stock.
